Presenter: Dr. Kathleen Sheehan

Biography: Dr. Kathleen Sheehan is a Clinician Investigator with the medical and inpatient psychiatry programs at the Centre for Mental Health-University Health Network and Assistant Professor at the Department of Psychiatry University of Toronto. She is also Director of the Department's Clinician Scholar Program. Dr. Sheehan is the principal investigator on several research projects and has been awarded grants from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada and University of Toronto. She is a graduate of the Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine at McMaster University, completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Toronto, and has a masters degree in Neuroscience and doctoral degree in Social Psychiatry from the University of Oxford.
