Biography:
Dr. Lidstone is a neurologist and senior fellow in Movement Disorders at the Morton and Gloria Shulman Movement Disorders Centre at Toronto Western Hospital. She completed her residency in Neurology at the University of Toronto, and completed medical school and her PhD at the University of British Columbia. Her main academic interest is innovation in care models for the treatment of Movement Disorders, with an emphasis on integrated care and neurorehabilitation. She is the co-founder of the Functional Movement Disorders Integrated Clinic and has just returned from a mini-sabbatical in Europe and the United Kingdom focusing on models of care delivery in Parkinson disease and functional neurological disorders.
